CFO & CCO – Private Equity Firm | Chicago, IL or Savannah, GA
We’re seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer to join a leading healthcare-focused private equity firm. This dual-role reports to the Partners and oversees fund and management company finance, investor reporting, audits, valuations, and compliance .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fund accounting, audits, capital calls, distributions, and LP reporting
- Oversee compliance program, SEC reporting, and regulatory matters
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, treasury, payroll, and management company operations
- Optimize processes and support strategic initiatives and fundraising
Qualifications
- 8+ years in financial operations (private equity or alternatives platform experience preferred)
- Strong technical leader with hands-on approach and strategic mindset
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP, fund valuation, K-1s, and SEC compliance
- BA/BS required; CPA preferred
- This is a high-impact role shaping the financial backbone of a fast-growing private equity firm.
