After your training is complete, you will be placed in a restaurant. Individual store operations lie under your control with the assistance and guidance of your District Manager. Providing top leadership to your team members and laser focused on guest satisfaction will be mandatory requirements. Responsibilities Daily management of 1 shift. No need to ask staff to work a “double” when you close at 3 No close / open shifts for our managers. Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff. Conduct one full inventory for each period. Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance‑based compensation. Fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job. Support & communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on your personal time. Relocation opportunities within the states we operate in. Qualifications Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required) Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team Work effectively in partnerships Professional verbal & written communication skills Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude Schedule Day shifts only Available to work on holidays and weekends Opportunity for occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps, when staffing permits Supplemental Pay 13 performance‑based bonus payments Compensation $55,000 - $65,000 per year with the ability to earn more with performance bonuses.
