Aerospace BU Leader: Growth, P&L & Strategy

Mason Controls is hiring a Business Unit Manager (BUM) to lead a cross-functional team and drive year-over-year BU growth. You will own P&L, bookings, EBITDA and annual plan execution, while negotiating contracts and guiding pricing strategies for aerospace and defense programs. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with experience in sales, operations, and engineering, plus strong customer relationship skills.
