Overview Bayview Asset Management LLC is looking for a Senior Associate, Analytics to develop and maintain full‑stack web applications and support enterprise analytics initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and maintain full‑stack web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across multiple layers of the stack. Implement cloud‑based solutions for scalable, reliable, and secure applications. Create and manage RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front‑end applications. Design, implement, and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity and security. Work with modern front‑end frameworks to build responsive, user‑friendly interfaces. Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable releases. Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring quick resolution of issues. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve software quality and development processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, and at least 2 years of industry experience. Experience with at least one object‑oriented programming language such as Java, C#, or Python, and related frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET Core, Django/Flask). Front‑end development experience with JavaScript and at least one modern front‑end framework (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js). Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Proficiency with version control tools, primarily Git, including branching, merging, and managing pull requests. Knowledge of software development practices, including design patterns, unit testing, and agile methodologies. Schedule Hybrid schedule: three (3) days in office and two (2) days remote.
