Now Hiring: LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Employment Details Full Time 7a-3p Every Other Weekend Requirement, On Call Rotation Requirement Responsibilities Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan. Perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, within scope of practice. Accurately report and record the resident’s condition and care including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change. Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator. Qualifications Ability to work independently or part of a group. Computer knowledge.
