Job Full Description A company in North Jackson is looking for experienced Fabricators to join their team! SUMMARY: Meets production demands as assigned by the Fabrication Assembly Shift Supervisor through assembling parts and components. Responsibilities include meeting production and quality requirements, operating various equipment, and assembling components as needed. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and working well with a team are essential to success in this role. JOB DUTIES:

- Material Handling: Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials
- Component Fabrication: Prepare systems for distribution to Service Centers through fabrication and assembly of components
- Task Completion: Notify the supervisor when a task is complete and ready for inspection
- Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed company requirements for production and quality
- Detail Orientation: Pay close attention to detail to ensure the proper function and performance of installed or fabricated parts
- Instruction Interpretation: Read and interpret team leader instructions and written orders accurately
- Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate various equipment, including but not limited to saws, drills, plasma cutters, delivery trucks, brakes, grinders, buffers, shears, yard trucks, presses, torches, pipe/tube benders, forklifts, man lifts, and pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Must have fabrication background, welding strongly preferred
- Proficiency in shop math, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing fractions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compliance with handbook, policies and all safety rules
- The ability to work overtime and stay until a job is completed
