Stocking Associate / Merchandiser - Part Time

Overview All Store Team Members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service and maximizing product inventory. You will support online business operations, merchandising, sales, front‑end activities, and other duties as needed. Internally referred to as Merchandiser, you will report to the store management team. Key Responsibilities Process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, and place signage. Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store, curbside pick‑up, and delivery services—including driving and making deliveries if assigned. Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, building relationships, and informing them about products and services. Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge. Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment. Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned. Load and deliver orders safely and professionally, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws if delivery is an essential function. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). 1–3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a retail setting (preferred). Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software. Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends. Physical Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8‑10 hours a day. Safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets. Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead repeatedly. May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday. Compensation Hourly rate: $21.52 – $30.13. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
