You will play a key role in ensuring technical requirements are met, program scope is maintained, and engineering processes are followed.This is an onsite role that can be based in either Burnsville, Minnesota OR Cedar Rapids, Iowa.What You Will Do:Execute day-to-day development activities for the router program.Serve as the technical interface to the Project Chief Engineer and engineering teams.Ensure engineering accountability for meeting technical requirements and program scope.Maintain and manage the program schedule.Ensure compliance with established engineering processes.Act as a liaison between the Project Chief Engineer and engineering teams.Assist in tracking Earned Value, financial management, and schedule maintenance for engineering activities.Manage risk and opportunity for related engineering activities.Lead and support the program as needed, including tasks outside the defined scope.Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
