The position involves direct client care, clinical assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing case management for individuals seeking support with mental health and life-related concerns.The successful candidate will be comfortable managing an independent caseload, exercising sound clinical judgment, and maintaining accurate documentation while working within a remote care model.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct individual psychotherapy sessions through a secure telehealth platformComplete psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluationsEstablish treatment goals and develop appropriate care plansApply therapeutic interventions consistent with client needs and clinical presentationReview treatment progress and modify the approach when clinically indicated
