As the firm continues to expand its Transaction Advisory Services practice, they are seeking a Senior Associate to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities Transaction Execution Client Advisory Project Leadership Practice Growth Qualifications 2+ years of Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), Financial Due Diligence, or related transaction advisory experience. Strong preference for candidates coming directly from a dedicated TAS practice. Experience supporting M&A transactions and financial due diligence engagements. Exposure to healthcare, construction, consumer, or technology/SaaS industries is a plus. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
