Construction Laborer

LaborMax - Visalia, CA

Job Description

The Construction Laborer will support residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects through hands-on site preparation, material handling, concrete support, and general crew assistance. Reporting to the site foreman, this role requires local travel between jobsites and a strong commitment to maintaining safe, clean, and organized work areas.

Responsibilities

Prepare construction sites for daily work activities.
Handle, stage, and move construction materials.
Assist with concrete preparation and placement activities.
Remove debris and maintain clean, organized jobsites.
Clean and maintain construction equipment and tools.
Follow jobsite safety requirements and compliance procedures.
Support crew members and complete tasks assigned by the site foreman.
Travel locally between residential, commercial, and industrial jobsites.

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in construction labor.
Possession of full personal protective equipment, including a hardhat, gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots.
