Sign-on bonus of $65,000.Henderson General Ortho (.5 FTE)Maintain a minimum of 18 hours per week of direct patient contact, along with 2 hours per week dedicated to administrative tasks.Trauma Surgery (.5 FTE)Fulfill 72 trauma surgeon shifts annually, which is approximately 6 shifts per month as stipulated in the contract.Competitive productivity-based compensation after the second year.
