Manager of Accounting Transformation

Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a newly created Manager, Accounting Transformation, opening with a rapidly growing company that is based in Southfield, Michigan. Requirements of the Manager, Accounting Transformation Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required Active CPA license preferred Master’s degree in accounting preferred 4+ of progressive financial accounting roles, with Big 4 public accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting processes and internal controls Experience supporting SOX and related audit requirements Benefits of the Manager, Accounting Transformation Very competitive salary, benefits, opportunity to earn an additional bonus Hybrid working arrangements High-Visibility role Responsibilities of the Manager, Accounting Transformation Analyze existing accounting and finance processes; identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities Implement enhancements of existing processes through effective redesign and remediation of any identified risks Support IPO readiness initiatives, including documentation and control design for future-state processes and controls Own documentation of policies, procedures, and internal controls Lead finance transformation workstreams through standardization of and optimization of financial processes (close optimization, ERP enhancements, reporting redesign) Support implementation and enhancement of finance systems and reporting infrastructure (ERP, close tools, reporting platforms) Support system testing and post‑implementation reviews for all finance system optimizations Improve data reliability and auditability across financial processes Assist with design and documentation of future‑state processes and controls #J-18808-Ljbffr Venteon
