Principal Supply Planning and Reporting Analyst - Advanced Therapies

Responsibilities Lead end-to-end supply planning for assigned Clinical and Commercial programs to ensure uninterrupted supply. Execute MPS, MRP, demand management, and inventory management for assigned programs and sites. Build and maintain inventory reports for complex manufacturing requirements, shelf‑life constraints, and cold‑chain considerations. Design and implement statistical models, simulations, and algorithms to forecast and quantify operational and supply chain performance. Create dashboards, data visualizations, and advanced Excel tools to drive planning decisions. Support Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) by consolidating data and facilitating information flow across demand, supply, and integration. Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure planning aligns with GMP requirements and audit readiness. Requirements Senior Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a science discipline + 5+ years supply chain experience. Principal Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a science discipline + 8+ years supply chain experience with demonstrated leadership. May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of MPS, MRP, demand and inventory management. Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/advanced therapy manufacturing. Familiarity with regulatory and supply chain considerations for advanced therapies (siRNA, AAV, LNP, CRISPR). Experience with Kinaxis Maestro, Oracle ERP, Access Database, or SharePoint.
