EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEAssociates degree, technical school or equivalent work experience; proficient data entry skills with minimal errors. Knowledge in Microsoft software products (Excel, Word), Lotus Notes, is essential. Proficiency in SAP is a plus. Knowledge of export documentation requirements required. Must possess knowledge of product lines, part numbers for automotive and diesel engines and how engine parts function within them. Use of catalogs to help customer find correct parts and sets LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, to write, and speak English and/or Spanish. Must possess ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with persons at all levels of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to apply concepts of basic business math. REASONING ABILITYAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
