HAM/ITAM Implementation Lead

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) experience.
• We are looking for experience delivering multiple end-to-end HAM implementation engagements.
• We need a strong consulting background with a track record of leading client-facing workshops and discovery sessions.
• We require experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• We need experience working in enterprise ServiceNow environments.
• We expect deep knowledge of asset lifecycle management, inventory management, asset reconciliation, stockroom operations, hardware asset governance, and compliance reporting.
• We require strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• We need the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
• Preferred: exposure to Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Preferred: experience with ServiceNow instance consolidations or transformation programs.
• Preferred: familiarity with CMDB, Procurement, and ITSM processes.
• Preferred: prior consulting experience with a ServiceNow partner, consulting firm, or enterprise transformation initiative.
• Preferred: ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

• We lead ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) implementation efforts from requirements through deployment.
• We facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• We partner with business and technical teams to define future-state asset management processes.
• We translate business needs into detailed functional requirements for development teams.
• We drive conversations around asset lifecycle management, inventory governance, reconciliation, and compliance.
• We review solution designs and verify alignment with business objectives.
• We lead client-facing meetings, provide recommendations, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation.
• We collaborate with offshore development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and executed.
• We support testing, issue resolution, and implementation activities as needed.
• We work closely with CMDB, ITSM, procurement, and asset management teams to improve operational processes.
