Contract | Days | Onsite | Expected 36–48 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
• Apply professional and supervisory discretion in an acute ICU care environment
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records system as required

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor required
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• EPIC experience required
• Availability to work holidays required; one holiday off may be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Acute care facility experience preferred
