Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient psychiatry practice
• Flexible schedule with virtual/telemed options
• No call responsibilities, no weekends
• Patient volumes of approximately 8-10 patients per day
• Integrated care model combining medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and family involvement
• Access to in-office NeuroStar TMS technology

• EMR platform includes voice-to-text functionality with AI enhancements

Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation potential of $325,000$350,000

Performance-driven bonus structure based on clinical quality, outcomes, and patient care
