QA API Tester

Job Title
3+ years of experience writing Rest Assured tests in Java for API testing. 3+ years of experience with MessageQueues, Topics, Kafka 5+ years of experience with web services testing with any automation tool, Json, Xml. 2+ years of experience in service virtualization. Use SQL or noSQL for back-end database validation Develop and maintain functional automation test scripts utilizing modular frameworks and best practices
Key Responsibilities
Effectively work in a fast paced environment utilizing the Agile methodology Develop and maintain functional, data driven automation test scripts utilizing modular frameworks (RestAssured) and best practices Execute test scripts to validate correct functionality of application Use SQL for back-end database validation Use Kafka in test script automation
