QA API Tester

Job Title
3+ years of experience writing Rest Assured tests in Java for API testing. 3+ years of experience with MessageQueues, Topics, Kafka 5+ years of experience with Web services testing with any automation tool, Json, Xml. 2+ years of experience in Service Virtualization. Use SQL or noSQL for back-end database validation Develop and maintain functional automation test scripts utilizing modular frameworks and best practices
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively work in a fast paced environment utilizing the Agile methodology
- Develop and maintain functional, data driven automation test scripts utilizing modular frameworks (RestAssured) and best practices
- Execute test scripts to validate correct functionality of application
- Use SQL for back-end database validation
- Use Kafka in test script automation
