Production Worker
Location: Valencia (No experience required)
Position: Finisher / Production Worker
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM, with occasional overtime until 1:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Perform finishing operations on manufactured products.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Sand, clean, polish, trim, or package parts as needed.
- Identify and report quality issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed.
Work Environment
The work takes place in a comfortable, temperature-controlled production facility focused on wax molding, finishing, and assembly. You will regularly use scalpels, brushes, hand tools, power tools, and hot iron torches while working at production benches or stations. The shift runs from 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with work on Saturdays as part of the schedule. The environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and organization, with established procedures to guide daily tasks and ensure consistent product quality.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
