We are seeking an experienced on-site Project Manager/Construction Manager to join our team.

Now Hiring: Construction Manager/Site Superintendent (On-Site) Looking for people for the Western, KY area!!!

Ready to lead projects from the ground up and see your work shape communities? We’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager to take charge of on-site operations and help deliver high-quality projects safely, on time, and on budget.

What you’ll do:
✅ Lead and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
✅ Maintain project schedules and quality standards
✅ Run jobsite meetings and daily coordination
✅ Resolve field issues quickly and effectively
✅ Manage documentation, reports, and closeout activities
✅ Keep projects moving safely and efficiently

What we’re looking for:

✔ 5+ years supervising commercial or industrial construction projects
✔ Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to manage daily jobsite operations independently
✔ Strong communication and computer skills
