Staff Technical Program Manager, Software

What the role actually is Collaborative Robotics is hiring a staff-level technical program manager to run software programs for Proxie, its collaborative mobile robot. The role covers autonomy, localization, perception, navigation, robot behaviors, and fleet-management systems. This is a product-shaped TPM role: the person has to turn customer and deployment needs into executable software plans while keeping engineering, hardware, operations, and leadership aligned. What you would work on Lead planning and delivery for robot software and fleet-management programs Coordinate autonomy, behavior, hardware, operations, and customer-facing dependencies Translate customer and product needs into technical scope, schedules, and tradeoffs Identify risks during development and deployment, then drive cross-functional resolution What they are asking for Staff-level technical program management experience with complex software or robotics systems Ability to work across engineering, product, hardware, operations, and company leadership Strong technical judgment around autonomy, deployed systems, or AI-enabled products Comfort turning ambiguity into plans that teams can actually execute Why this one is worth a look Collaborative Robotics is trying to make robots that fit into human environments instead of forcing the environment to adapt around them. That makes program leadership unusually important: the software roadmap has to connect robot capability, customer workflows, and reliable behavior around people. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Robot Age
