Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)

Shift: 3x12s Nights (7pm-7:30am)

Requirement description :

Must have a minimum of 24 months CVICU experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]
Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED]
Candidate driver's license to verify residency - [REQUIRED]
Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]

Active license to practice-verified in last 30 days [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
Active ACLS certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
Active BLS certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Arizona
