Job Details The Database Marketing Analyst provides analytical support, delivers insights that drive profit, and serves as a reliable business partner across all marketing operational areas. This 100% onsite position ensures the integrity and success of player tracking databases. What Is Expected Of You Interact with senior leaders to develop and refine analysis requests, identify business opportunities, and pursue them through analytics and creative solutions. Conduct rigorous analytics to improve profitability, operational processes, and customer service through revenue growth opportunities, resource optimization, investment mix, market dynamics, customer behavior, and pricing optimization. Distill large datasets into actionable insights and recommendations, preparing presentation materials for senior management and communicating findings clearly, concisely, and compellingly in both verbal and written formats. Participate in discussions with senior leadership and assist in driving the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic projects. Develop and support reporting for marketing departments to provide senior leaders with visibility into trends and business performance drivers. Utilize technology (SQL, R, Tableau, Google BigQuery, Python) to create analytics and reporting tools, integrating new technologies into departmental processes. Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required. Propose and implement improvements that drive material efficiencies in processes and reporting. Experience You Will Need Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college preferred. Two or more years of professional work experience (or equivalent). Demonstrated business acumen for the casino industry and ability to articulate fundamental business drivers. Advanced skills in querying, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets with proficiency in SQL and at least one of R, VBA, SAS, Python, or experience with Google BigQuery. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and written and verbal communication skills. Intellectual curiosity and willingness to quickly learn relevant database applications and software. Ability to interact with and influence key stakeholders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while delivering accurate, high‑quality work. Team‑oriented approach and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Highest level of integrity and ethical conduct. Physical Requirements Normal, corrective vision with the ability to see color and distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols. Ability to climb, bend, reach, walk, and stand for the duration of the shift. Manual dexterity to operate job‑related equipment. Ability to hear and communicate via telephone and radio. Ability to push, pull, transport, and lift items up to 30 pounds.
