Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Diagnosing and managing various medical conditions, both acute and chronic, in collaboration with physicians or independently based on your credentials.

Education Prerequisites

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner educational program.

Certifications Required

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Kentucky.
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain them within 90 days).
