Commercial Cleaner

As a commercial cleaner at Image One Facility Solutions, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a variety of commercial environments. You will work with a dedicated team to provide excellent cleaning services that ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all building occupants. Your role is critical in ensuring that clients are satisfied with the cleanliness and overall appearance of their facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces in offices, hallways, restrooms, and other commercial areas.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, replenishing paper products, soap, and trash bags, ensuring all areas meet hygiene standards.
• Maintaining and cleaning carpets, hard floors, and other surface types using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Emptying trash bins and replacing liners. Disposing of waste in compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Ensuring that cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly. Reporting any safety hazards, damage, or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
• Following detailed client instructions for specific cleaning tasks and schedules to ensure customized cleaning services are provided.
• Ensuring all areas are cleaned to company standards and client expectations. Conducting periodic quality checks to maintain consistency.
• Working with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Qualifications include:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and clients in a professional manner.
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to various job sites.
