Job Description Job Description Warehouse Associate – Forklift / Shipping & Receiving Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Oklahoma City. This role focuses on order fulfillment, inventory management, and safe material handling using forklifts and other warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate will be organized, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against documentation Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts Organize and label inventory using warehouse management systems Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols Report equipment issues or safety hazards immediately Work collaboratively with team members to meet shipping deadlines Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to work shift work (days, nights, weekends as needed) Valid driver's license Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to climb, bend, and reach Comfortable working in temperature-controlled and outdoor warehouse environments Safe operation of forklifts and hand trucks Preferred Skills Previous warehouse or logistics experience Company Description Connecting top talent with leading employers!
