If you're passionate about AI and eager to make a significant impact, the Infosys Financial Services unit is the perfect place for you to grow and excel.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs Your contribution to the team: Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery. An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.Required Skill and Experience. Experience with SQL & Data Analysis – SQL for data validation, issue investigation, and data-driven decision making.. Testing & Quality Assurance – Ability to create test cases, define acceptance criteria, execute SIT/UAT/E2E testing, and manage defects.. Production Support & Root Cause Analysis – Experience investigating production issues, performing RCA, and supporting releases.. Agile Methodologies – Strong understanding of Agile practices, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.Preferred Skill and Experience. Multifamily Loan Servicing Domain Knowledge – Familiarity with Multifamily/Mortgage Loan Servicing processes and operations.. Vendor Management Experience – Experience working with technology vendors or third-party service providers on complex implementations.. Workflow & Collaboration Tools – Experience with Apptio TargetProcess, Jira SaaS, Visio, and similar tools.Generative AI Tools – Practical experience using Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools for analysis, documentation, and productivity.. Technical Systems Understanding – Good understanding of application behavior, system integrations, and data flow concepts without requiring coding expertiseAdditional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
