Engineering Manager, Customer Data Platform Lead & Scale

Fort Wayne, IN

Sweetwater, the leading online retailer for music instruments, is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to oversee the development of its Customer Data Platform. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of software engineers, focusing on performance and career development.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of software development experience and at least 3 years in a management position, along with hands-on experience in various programming languages. A passion for music is a plus!
