Candidates for the Head of Finance and Accounting position at the company should have significant experience in accounting and finance leadership within a global, multi-entity organization. A strong technical background in accounting and financial reporting is essential, as is a proven track record in leading the close process and overall controllership function. The role requires the ability to build and scale accounting processes, as well as experience in leading and developing finance teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, with strong business partnership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership. A CPA or advanced accounting credential is preferred, and experience in periods of growth, transformation, or organizational change is a key requirement.
