Assoc Product Specialist

Medtronic seeks an Associate Product Specialist in San Juan, Puerto Rico to support commercial execution and market development for coronary, structural heart, and cardiac rhythm management portfolios across the Caribbean and surrounding regions. The role combines office, field, and remote work with frequent regional travel.
Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial teams to execute product strategies supporting portfolio growth across CAS and CRM
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and business opportunities
- Develop and implement marketing plans, programs, and tactical initiatives for assigned products
- Deliver clinical and technical product support through presentations, training, and demonstrations
- Support product launches, adoption, and lifecycle management activities across the portfolio
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed
- 2+ years medical device industry experience in product marketing, product management, or commercial support
- Knowledge of electrophysiology, cardiac implantable devices, or cardiovascular therapies
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire
