This role addresses critical operational challenges by bridging learning gaps, scaling training delivery across multi-site teams, and modernizing instructional methods. Through strategic partnership with business leaders, the position ensures workforce readiness, safety compliance, and continuous employee development aligned with operational goals.What Success Looks Like (Objectives):Lead, mentor, and support a distributed team of trainers and training supervisors across multiple geographic locations to achieve operational training targetsDrive high-quality, timely training focused on technical skills, safety protocols, compliance, and customer service standardsPartner directly with business leaders to identify learning needs and manage end-to-end training execution from planning through facilitationTrack and analyze key performance metrics to guarantee training programs remain effective, engaging, and aligned with department OKRsModernize instructional delivery methods by integrating innovative classroom technologies, modern learning tools, and AI-driven training solutionsSkills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):Proven track record of managing, motivating, and developing remote or multi-site teams across various geographic locationsAbility to shift seamlessly between operational, safety-first technical training and corporate professional developmentStrong skills in organization, schedule management, pre-work execution, and driving complex training projects to completionDeep operational understanding of adult learning principles, facilitation best practices, and training logisticsAI literacy and application skills to enhance instructional design, automate administrative processes, and optimize training engagementFlexibility and willingness to travel up to 50% of the timeMinimum Requirements:Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experienceExperience: 2 years of experience directly managing teams, with a strong preference for remote or multi-site team managementMust have at least 2 years of experience with: Distributed or multi-site team leadershipTechnical and safety compliance training program managementAdult learning methodology and facilitationVisa sponsorship not available for this roleSalary RangesCompensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/YearBenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: EchoStar Benefits.The base pay range shown is a guideline.
