Clinical Specialist (Vascular Access RN) - Chicago

Clinical Specialist role supporting Becton Dickinson's Medication Delivery Solutions business in the Chicago region. The position involves delivering clinical education, training, and product support to healthcare customers, with emphasis on vascular access management and infusion therapy. Requires travel up to 70% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate customer training classes for product conversion and retention opportunities
- Provide clinical support to customers from pre-sale through post-conversion implementation
- Conduct vascular access management assessment programs for sales organizations
- Deliver product in-servicing and clinical education to end-users at customer locations
- Collaborate with regional team to optimize scheduling and maximize clinical support results
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with Bachelor's degree (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 5 years general nursing experience
- 3 years ultrasound-guided vascular access device placement experience preferred (PICC, midline)
- Proven ability to design and deliver educational courses
- Strong knowledge of infusion therapy, vascular access, and disease states
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 70% within territory
- Persuasive communication skills and ability to influence without formal authority
