Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a consulting-trained transformation leader who has moved beyond traditional project management and can combine strategy, technology, AI/digital transformation, executive stakeholder management, and disciplined delivery leadership .

Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate major digital, AI, IT, and technology transformation initiatives for a leading Atlanta-based organization.

This is not a traditional project management role . We are looking for a consulting-caliber transformation leader who combines sophisticated project and program management capabilities with strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and experience navigating complex technology transformations.

The successful candidate will be comfortable operating at both the strategic and execution levels and working directly with senior executives, business leaders, technology teams, and external partners.

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, transformation leadership, program management, or technology consulting .
• Strong Big 4 or top-tier consulting background strongly preferred .
• Proven experience leading digital, AI, IT, or technology transformation initiatives - REQUIRED .
• Strong project/program leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional executive stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Strong consulting toolkit, including:
  • Structured problem solving
  • Strategic analysis
  • Transformation roadmaps
  • Business cases
  • Executive presentations
  • Operating model analysis
  • Risk and dependency management
• Demonstrated ability to work with C-suite and senior leadership.
