We are seeking a **Human Resources Manager** to serve as the strategic HR partner for our hospital. In this highly visible role, you will collaborate closely with hospital leadership and Corporate Human Resources to support our employees, strengthen engagement, ensure compliance, and help create an environment where both caregivers and patients can thrive.As the Human Resources Manager, you will lead all aspects of the hospital's HR function, from talent acquisition and employee relations to benefits administration, workforce planning, and organizational development.
