Are you someone who takes pride in cleanliness, teamwork, and creating a smooth kitchen operation? The Institute for Advanced Learning and Research is hiring Dishwashers to support our food and beverage services by keeping everything spotless, safe, and running efficiently behind the scenes.

In this vital role, you'll wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas—helping create a clean, organized kitchen environment for both our staff and guests. Whether you're working in the dish room, beverage station, or food prep area, your efforts will make a real difference every day.

What You'll Be Doing : 

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, utensils, and food-service equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and storage areas
• Operate dish washing machines safely and according to procedures
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and check chemical levels regularly
• Stock incoming food and non-food items
• Remove damaged items from service and properly dispose of waste
• Perform deep cleaning duties and maintain a safe work environment
• Attend required trainings and departmental meetings
• Follow sanitation and safety standards at all times
• Assist with various kitchen or service area tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For : 

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) cleaning and dish washing procedures
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
• Dependable, adaptable, and committed to team success
