• Assist clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises as prescribed.
• Administer medications and manage medical equipment as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments and social activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided, following confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred.

• Previous experience in home health care or caregiving is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and infection control practices.
• Must be capable of lifting and moving clients safely, as well as performing physical tasks associated with care duties.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
