Hospitality Coordinator
Cleveland, Ohio 44114 (ONSITE)
3 Months Contract
Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (flexibility required for evenings and occasional weekends)
Dress Code: Business professional



Position Summary
This is a hospitality-focused role requiring prior experience in the food service industry. Candidates should have a background in restaurant work, banquet serving, conference room setups, or food ordering.
A degree or formal schooling in hospitality is a plus.
The role involves supporting a law firm with conference services, food and beverage arrangements, and general office maintenance.



Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high-quality food and beverage service for meetings and events
• Set up and break down conference rooms, including furniture and catering arrangements
• Maintain cleanliness standards in kitchens, meeting rooms, and equipment
• Manage hospitality calendar, greet clients and guests professionally
• Perform general clerical and office support tasks (reception, copying, mail services, shipping/receiving)
• Order and track inventory for supplies, food, and beverages
• Maintain kitchen equipment (coffee machines, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, etc.)
• Assist with office maintenance tasks (trash removal, cleaning, restocking, sweeping, vacuuming, etc.)
• Train team members on hospitality responsibilities and procedures
• Ensure excellent client service and professional communication at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Previous hospitality experience in food service or related industry
• Strong social skills, professionalism, and email etiquette
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, walk, and perform physical tasks
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends for firm events
