General Warehouse Associate

Warehouse AssociateKey Responsibilities:Pick products accurately based on customer orders using pick lists or scanning devices.Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.Label, sort, and stage orders for shipping.Load and unload trucks as required.Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).Inspect products for quality and report damaged or missing items.Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment.Follow PepsiCo's safety, food safety, and quality procedures.Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.Meet daily productivity and performance goals.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous warehouse, picker/packer, or distribution experience is an asset but not always required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.Basic math and reading skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.Skills:Attention to detailTime managementAccuracy and efficiencyTeamworkStrong work ethicCommitment to workplace safetyBasic inventory and scanning system knowledgeWork Environment:Fast-paced warehouse or distribution center.May involve working in varying temperatures.Requires frequent lifting, walking, standing, and repetitive movements.
