Avg 2 phone consults, 2 patients seen, 1 admission per 24hrs
Call ratio: 1:1 with 100% call back
Inpatient and on-call responsibilities covered
C-sections, VBACs, breech, and complicated deliveries required
OB ultrasound performance and interpretation required
Minor GYN procedures -- IUD, colposcopy, cryosurgery required
Low forceps delivery and laceration repair skills needed
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
