Escrow Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Escrow Team Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating real estate transactions by assisting with the escrow process. This position requires a strong understanding of loan processing, mortgage servicing, and escrow procedures. The Escrow Team Assistant will work closely with clients, lenders, and real estate agents to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish. Duties * Assist in the preparation and review of escrow documents for accuracy and completeness. * Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents throughout the escrow process. * Manage the collection of necessary documentation related to loan origination and underwriting. * Process payments and disbursements as per escrow instructions. * Maintain organized records of all transactions and correspondence. * Ensure compliance with TILA regulations and other applicable laws throughout the escrow process. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Perform basic math calculations related to closing costs, fees, and other financial aspects of transactions. Experience * Previous experience in escrow processing or a related field is preferred. * Familiarity with basic math skills to accurately handle financial calculations. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members. * Proficiency in using escrow software and other relevant technology is a plus. * If you are passionate about the real estate industry and possess the skills necessary to excel as an Escrow Assistant, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
