Preferred Qualifications

• Valid RN license, eligible for practice in Maryland
• Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in the Operating Room
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical skills and proficiency in a wide range of surgical procedures
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and leadership abilities
• Flexibility to thrive in changing environments; previous travel experience a plus
