We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our collaborative team. Daily Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Deliver therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient outcomes Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care Participate in care planning and discharge planning processes Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements Required Qualifications Active PTA license in the state of Kentucky Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant Outpatient rehabilitation experience Strong documentation skills and knowledge of good documentation practices Experience with treatment planning and plan of care implementation Preferred Qualifications Skilled nursing facility experience Experience with a broad range of therapeutic interventions and exercise programming Why Rise and Shine?
