Nurse - Hospice Quality Improvement Coordinator

Metropolitan Jewish Health System, Inc. is seeking a Quality Management Coordinator to lead chart audits and focus studies within hospice and palliative care. You will assist the Director of Quality Management with data analysis and dissemination to care teams.
The role includes participating in CMS mandated quality reporting, contributing to QAPI initiatives, and educating staff on regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
