About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to take on a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction. This is a high-visibility position with a direct line to the C-suite, where the successful candidate will have a real influence on major business decisions. The VP of Finance will be responsible for leading all financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting, as well as owning the annual budget process and monitoring performance against plan. The role also involves managing AR/AP, ERP systems, and inventory/material management functions, coordinating financial audits, and driving internal control improvements. A key aspect of the position is to partner cross-functionally with department leaders on long-term business planning and to build, coach, and develop the finance team. Applicants for the VP of Finance role at the company should have a 4-year degree with CPA experience, at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role, and a strong command of GAAP and financial reporting standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and be adept at leading a full finance function end-to-end.
