Resident Assistant/Personal Care Assistant

Location: Trillium Place Current Opening: * Full-time & Part-time Day Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM * Part-time Night Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM * POOL positions (as needed) with a minimum requirement The Resident Assistant in Personal Care provides direct care for residents in a manner that maintains their dignity and well-being. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations. QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. * U.S. High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Current CPR certification required, or willingness to obtain certification. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Addresses the personal hygiene needs of residents. Provides incontinent care as needed. * Assists in transporting residents who require assistance. * Distributes food trays, makes beds, and answers call bells. Keeps resident's room neat and tidy. * Completes and documents vital signs, weights, and heights of residents. * Monitors and reports health changes of residents.
