General Production Worker
Multiple shifts available (1st and 2nd) | Overtime available | Long-term opportunity
We're hiring general production workers to help build precast concrete products in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Remove and finish concrete products
- Build molds and assist with concrete pours
- Operate production equipment
- Read a tape measure
- Perform material handling and general labor tasks
- Work in different areas as needed
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of manufacturing, construction, landscaping, or related experience
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a dusty industrial environment
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
Plus If You Have
- Overhead crane experience
- Blueprint reading
- Welding experience
- Concrete production experience

Schedule
- 4:00 AM / 6:00 AM / 2:00 PM
- Monday - Friday
- Overtime and some Saturdays as needed
Job Type & Location
This is a contract to hire position based out of Stacy, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
