Pay From: $23 Per Hour
MUST: The Surgical Scheduler experience includes but is not limited to the following:
- 4+ years' experience working in a multi-physician specialty practice
- Experience working in a surgical setting
- Coordinating and scheduling surgical procedures
- Reviewing paperwork with patients
- Checking candidates in and out
- Verifying insurance
- Entering patient information into EMR
- Obtaining pre-authorizations
- Collecting co-pays
- Answer phones
- Check patients in and out
- Schedule surgical procedures
- Verify insurance
- Collect co-pays
- Obtain pre-authorizations
- Enter and update patient information in EMR
- Provide customer service support
- Document patient information in EMR
