PRN RN/LPN

Job Summary The PRN RN/LPN at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in the upstate is responsible for providing high-quality member care in an as needed capacity. This individual will work with the day center team to support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of members at our day center. This is a PRN, Monday-Friday role in our Coastal South Carolina region. The region covers: Conway, Loris, Georgetown. Responsibilities Provide member care, including administering medications & nursing treatments to those with MD order. Monitor members health and communicate any changes or concerns to the Administrator/Family as needed. Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records. Requirements Valid and current nursing license in South Carolina in good standing. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with senior adults, adults with disabilities or community setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members and provide redirection when needed. Compensation & Benefits As a PRN RN or LPN at Elite Day Center, you will receive competitive hourly salary and have access to a flexible schedule with weekly pay. Schedule Monday-Friday. Hours of Operation: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. No Nights, weekends or Holidays.
