Market Associate

Supporting Market Managers, the full-time onsite Market Associate will oversee projects and manage a portfolio of hotel partners, focusing on driving partner success and optimizing supply through effective communication and relationship management. Key responsibilities Drive assigned projects forward by taking necessary actions with hotel partners Maintain organized tracking mechanisms for projects and manage relationships within the assigned portfolio Educate partners on platform functions and implement strategies for workflow optimization Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in account management and/or partner support 2+ years of experience in the hospitality or travel industry (preferred) Strong organizational skills related to project work with multiple inputs Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients via phone, email, and Zoom Self-starter attitude with a proven ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines
